‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the Seller/Pinnman on the Pinnman website. Situations that may necessitate a return include:


  • Defective item.
  • Item damaged in transit.
  • Missing products.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Returns could also result in a refund of money in some cases.

    We encourage customers to review the listing before making a purchase decision. If a customer orders the wrong item, Pinnman/seller shall not be entitled to any return/refund.


    Rules of the Return Policy:

  • 1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Certain consumable items will not be returned or refunded if the seal is found to be broken. This includes food, supplements, treats, etc.

    2. Damaged or Missing Products:

  • For food products, customers must inform Pinnman within 24 hours from the time of delivery if they wish to return or exchange the product.
  • For other items, returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the time of delivery.
  • Customers must provide visual proof (an image) of the damaged product within 3 days from the time of delivery.
  • 3. Condition of Returned Items:

  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The items should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Return and Refund Process:

  • If the Seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer must return the product, and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account.
  • Refunds will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts at Pinnman.
  • Refund Process:

    The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically, refunds are processed in less than 10 working days. However, in the case of payments by cheque or demand draft (DD), it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account once you deposit the cheque.
